Named after Hayward's sister city in Mexico and inspired by the local cuisine, our soft corn tortillas are filled with fried red snapper, tomato, lettuce and homemade salsa and guacamole.

Fresh grilled Pacific halibut topped with a Peppercorn sauce.

 

 Seared Ahi Tuna

The freshest Ahi tuna seared to perfection and served with a very hot wasabe on the side of course.

 

 Marinated Salmon in Pepper Crust

Fresh Pacific Salmon marinated then seared in a black pepper crust.
